- Video Recording Requirement: Before opening the package, we kindly request you to record a video of the unboxing process. This video is crucial in case of any damage claims.
- Email Notification: Immediately after unboxing, please send the unboxing video and a written explanation of the damage to luvyhindia@gmail.com. Kindly mention the reason for the return.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds for damaged products are only initiated upon approval by our administrative team.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product to our specified address.
- Once we receive the damaged product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment and can take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
